🚚 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship across Bangladesh and to selected international locations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

💰 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
🧾 5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your package.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.
❌ 6. Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you for re-shipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
