To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) is required
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Used or damaged products due to misuse
Items returned after 7 days
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Personal care items (e.g., massage tools) for hygiene reasons
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first via email.
